Are there advantages to attending as a Group?

Groups receive special advantages including discounted ticket prices, priority seating as a group, advice on dining and catering options and up to 2 free tickets on selected events.

Decide which performance(s) you are interested in and call the Groups Sales Coordinator at (863) 834-8137. Your coordinator will assist you with pricing, payment, schedules, deposit requirements and seating placement. You will receive a contract in the mail outlining these points to assist you in keeping the project together.

You may pay for your group tickets order with Visa, MasterCard, money order, check or cash. Only one form of payment may be used rather than numerous checks or credit cards. Checks need to include a printed name, address and phone number, driver’s license number of the person signing the check, signer’s name (printed) and the state where the license was issued from and the date the license expires

any helpful hints for putting it all together?

Start Early – It takes time to decide upon a performance, disseminate the information on the performance to prospective group members, set up transportation, arrange meals and collect payment. It’s best to start as far in advance of the performance as possible.

Stay in Contact – Checking in with your Group Sales Coordinator assures that we can provide you and your group with the best customer service. It also allows us know what you and your group are interested in seeing so that we can call you when we add something appropriate to our performance lineup.

Get the Word Out – After choosing your performance, prepare a notice for your prospective group members. Don’t simply make an announcement at a meeting. Present them with a written notice of some sort. Perhaps use a follow-up phone call to keep the event fresh in their minds.

Stick to Your Deadlines – Once you’ve reserved the seats through your Group Sales Coordinator, you will receive a contract stating your deposit and balance payment due dates. Make every effort to receive payment from your group members early because the deposit is important in ensuring your priority seating. Final payment must be received by the due date in your contract or the seats will be released to the general public. If circumstances arise where an extension of time is necessary, call the Group Sales Coordinator at (863) 834-8137 for possible options.

Keep it Fun! – This is the most important helpful hint. We want your group outing to be a fun-filled evening with your friends and family. We want you to thoroughly enjoy your visit to The Lakeland Center.
